If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

InstantReply is an AI-powered Instagram Direct Message automation platform that connects to Instagram Business accounts via the official Meta Graph API to automatically generate and send replies to incoming customer DMs.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use InstantReply.
• You must own or be authorized to manage the Instagram Business account you connect.
• You must comply with Meta's Platform Policies and Instagram's Terms of Use.
• InstantReply is intended for business use only, not personal Instagram accounts.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using InstantReply, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up your account.
• Ensure your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and Meta's policies.
• Not use InstantReply for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Keep your access credentials secure and confidential.
• Take responsibility for all automated replies sent on behalf of your Instagram account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use InstantReply to:

• Send unsolicited or spam messages.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.

6. Intellectual Property

InstantReply and all associated software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of YADWIGA PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

InstantReply integrates with third-party services including Meta Platforms and Anthropic. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

InstantReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated replies will be accurate or appropriate for every situation. You use the service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YADWIGA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of InstantReply, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or damage to reputation.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to InstantReply at any time if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use of the service at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account from the InstantReply application.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of InstantReply after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
