At InstantReply, we respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our systems.
When you use InstantReply, we may hold the following data associated with your connected Instagram Business account:
We do not permanently store the content of Instagram messages.
Go to Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites → Find InstantReply → Remove. This immediately revokes our access to your Instagram account.
Email us at hello@instantreply.co.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Instagram Business Account username.
We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize all personal data under our control unless we are legally required to retain it.
Operational logs are automatically deleted after 30 days even without a deletion request. You do not need to take any action for this automatic deletion to occur.
